Law Enforcement Officers and Military personnel.

1030 am to 1200 pm.
Open mat training.

45 mins will cover 1-2 skills & techniques (job specific).
45 mins will drill, rep & roll (DR&R).

Skills pertaining to striking, clinch and grappling, cuffing, searching, escorting, subject control, edge weapons (defence and counters), wall work and confined spaces.

DR&R – Drill, Repetition and Roll. Break a sweat & have some fun.  Build report, confidence and abilities.

All active LEO and MIL welcome.

BJJ Gi. Traditional Kimono top and bottom.  (DA can provide for you if needed).
