DA Level 1 Certification program

Combative Self- Defence and Firearms Training.

Level 1 Certificate:

Pistol fundamentals = Stance, Grip, Alignment, Trigger manipulation, Follow-through, Working from a holster, Draw stroke, Malfunctions and Self-diagnostics.

Self-Defence = Accountability of actions, Situational awarenss, Stance, Position, Distance, Movement, Open palm strikes Vs. Closed fists, Blocks and counters, Pistol disarm techniques, Controlled sparring drills and Environmental understanding.

DATE:
Thursday evening 7 Oct to Saturday afternoon 9 Oct.

TIME/LOCATION(S):
1830 to 2030 – Thursday, 7 October 21 = Direct Action training facility  –  379 Danforth Ave.
0900 to 1530 – Friday, 8 October 2021.  7265 Stittsville Shooting Ranges.
0830 to 1500 – Saturday, 9  October 2021. 379 Danforth Ave.

PARTICIPANT REQUIRMENTS:
Valid PAL(R) licence.
ATT for Direct Action training facility –  Thursday eve dry-fire drills, kit checks and safety.
Pistol/gun belt   **Can be provided by DA if required.
Minimum 3 magazines/magazine pouches.
Minimum round count – 450 rounds.
Range kit (eye protection and hearing protection).
Mouth piece/jock.
Boxing gloves and shin pads.

A detailed general instruction will be provided 10 days prior to go time!

$150 deposit via E-transfer is required to secure your spot.

FEES:
$425/person. Taxes included.
* Pistol/Holster rental available if required.
* Ammunition purchase available if required.
