3-hour seminar focused on MMA skills with a street survival spin.
What’s good for he cage with rules and parameters, what’s more applicable for the street and accountability of action considerations.

Striking, clinch and ground related skill development with a situation / environmental caveat:
Mat Vs. Asphalt
Sport Vs. Survival
1-on-1 Vs. Multiple attackers

WHO – Anyone with at least 12 months of previous training in a formal martial arts system.
WHAT – Mixed Martial Arts with a street consideration.
WHERE – 379 Danforth Ave.   DA Training facility.  Westboro, Ottawa.
WHEN – Saturday, 8 June, 2024.  10am to 1pm.
WHY – To decipher what is relevant for the sport and what might leave us vulnerable in the streets.

Participants will require:
MMA gloves,
14-16 oz boxing gloves,
Muay Thai shin pads,
Mouthpiece,
Jock / cup,
Water bottle.
* All of this equipment can be provided by DA if required.

Fees:
$100 / participant (Early bird)
$125 / participant (After May 15)
