Law Enforcement Officers and Military personnel.

Every other Saturday.  *Dates are subject to change.
1030 am to 1200 pm.
Open mat training.

First 45 mins will cover 1-2 skills & techniques (job specific).
Second 45 mins will drill/rep & roll (DR&R).

Skills pertaining to striking, clinch and grappling, cuffing, searching, escorting, subject control, edge weapons (defence and counters), wall work and confined spaces.

DR&R – Drill, Repetition and Roll. Break a sweat & have some fun.  Build repport, condfidence and abilities.

All active LEO and MIL welcome.

Duty pants / Combat pants & T-shirt, or
BJJ Gi. Traditional Kimono top and bottom.  (DA can provide for you if needed).
