FIRST RESPONDERS  – WOSD

This event is supported and funded by Azimuth Collective, a business and proud supporter to our Military and First Responders.
This is a free event designed for Military, Law Enforcement, Fire, and Medical professionals only.

We will discuss ways to navigate a potential disadvantage with respect to speed, weight, strength and power demonstrated by an aggressive attacker.  Options towards de-escalation efforts.   Data and case studies involving female / physical assaults.   Use of voice and touch.  Distance / Position / Movement considerations.

WHO – Ladies in the profession of MIL/ LEA / EMS
WHAT – Self-defence
WHERE  – 250 City Center Ave., Ottawa.
WHEN – Saturday, 18 January 2025.  1:30pm to 4:30pm.
WHY – To develop / enhance  situational awareness, abduction avoidance and methods to manage a physical altercation.

Participants will require:
Comfortable athletic attire.
Water bottle.

FREE
Maximum of 20 participants.
