WHAT – Edge weapons self-defence.
WHERE – 3777 Strandherd Dr. Barrhaven – Barrhaven Academy of Martial Arts.  (TBD).
WHEN –  Saturday, 28 June, 2025.  1:30pm to 6pm
WHY – To build confidence, harden the body, and bulletproof the mind.

Participants will require the following:
– Comfortable athletic attire (shorts, t-shirt, light pair athletic pants, light long sleeve shirt) * Something you would wear in your natural normal everyday environment.
– Healthy level of physical fitness and physical ability.
– Mentally stable / not taking medications for mental health.
– Growth mindset and open mind.
– Water bottle, notepad and pen.
– Hand towel.

DA will provide everything required to train safely and effectively.

Fees:
$135 / participant (early bird fee)
$199 / participant (after May 15th)

Minimum of 8 to run the course,
Maximum  of 16 participants only.
