Combative Self- Defence and Firearms Training.

Level 2 Certificate:

Pistol & Carbine rifle fundamentals =
1. Refresher training on skills acquired during DA Level 1,
2. Stance, alignment, BSR (barrel-sight relationship),
3. BFP (body-firearm position),
4. Master hand/support hand engagements,  and
5. Transitions with dynamic course of fire challenges.

Self-Defence =
1. Refresher training on skills acquired during DA Level 1,
2. Clinch range focused,
3. Take-downs and take-down defences,
4. Maintaining and controlling space with the use of controlled sparring drills, and
5. Edged weapons attacks and defences.

9:30am to 3:30pm 18 Dec – Stittsville Shooting Ranges – 7265 Fernbank Rd., Stittsville.
9:00am to 4:00pm 19 Dec – 379 Danforth Ave., Ottawa

FEE: $475/person.
Limited to 6 participants
A deposit of $150 is required to secure your spot.  Outstanding balance is due no later than December 4th.
