DA Level 1 Certification program

Combative Self- Defence and Firearms Training.

Level 1 Certificate:

Pistol fundamentals = Grip, Alignment, Trigger manipulation, Follow-through, Working from a holster, Draw stroke, Re-loads and Self-diagnostics.

Self-Defence = Stance, Position, Distance, Movement, Open palm strikes Vs. Closed fists, Blocks and counters, Controlled sparring, Pistol disarms and Environmental understanding.

6:30pm to 8:30pm 15 April – 379 Danforth Ave., Ottawa
0930 to 3:30pm 16 April – 7265 Fernbank Rd., Stittsville
0900 to 3:30pm 17 April – 379 Danforth Ave., Ottawa

PARTICIPANT REQUIRMENTS:
Pistol/gun belt
Minimum 3 magazines/magazine pouches
Minimum round count – 450 rounds
Mouth piece/jock

Direct Action will provide striking pads/protective equipment and all necessary training aides.  Gloves/shin pads can be provided.  If participants like to train with their own gear, they are welcome to do so providing the gear is in good condition and the level of protection is adequate for sparring (E.g. minimum of 14oz gloves).
*A detailed general instruction will be provided once all participants have been identified.  A $150 deposit is required to secure your spot.  The outstanding balance due no later than 7 days from go time!

$425/person.
