Mat training & Range training;

Mat Training:
Striking focused.  Strikes and counters, open palm Vs. closed fists, combat stance, positing, distance and movement based concepts and options.
Pistol disarms and dealing with ballistic threats of violence.

Range Training:
Pistol focused – Stance, grip, alignment, trigger manipulation, follow-through, working from a holster, re-loads and self-diagnostics & trouble shooting.

This course will be delivered for those interested in gaining a deeper understating for personal protection and improving their pistol shooting abilities.   The material will be delivered over 2. 5 days and roughly 17 hours of training.   It is highly recommend that participants arrive fresh, physically healthy and open-minded.   Material will be delivered in a safe and progressive manner.  Whether a novice or advanced shooter or have minimal self-defence knowledge, all participants will gain value by completing this training experience.

DATES/TIMES:
Thursday, 30 July – 6:30pm to 9:30pm (Mat training)
Friday, 31 July – 9:00am to 4:00pm (Range training)
Saturday, 1 Aug – 9:00am to 3:00pm (Mat training)

Mat training – 2nd Floor Training space – 1810 Carling Ave. Ottawa, ON

$425/person – Limited to 5 participants.
