OPP / K9 assimilation training.

Individual In-service Dog handler training;

Conditions while working alone or with limited mutual support, K9 on a track of a subject and confronted with assaultive resistance;
Firearms training, including UoF options E.g., less lethal.
Defensive tactics /Combatives.
IRD related subject response / interior combat skill development.
Communication and subject control / active counter measures;
Including Open-air encounters at the end of a track, and confined spaces.

Participants will require:
Operational dress, duty belt, UoF tools, pistol and carbine rifle, eye / ear protection, light pair of shooting gloves, simunition kit for both long gun & pistol.  Extra layer for inclement weather, duty pants / t-shirt for on the mat.
* Optional – Wresting boots / cup / mouthpiece for on the mat.

Minimum round count / participant:
Pistol – 400 rounds live (ball or frangible)  & 25 rounds simunition non-lethal marking cartridges.
Carbine – 700 rounds live (ball or frangible) & 100 rounds simunition non-lethal marking cartridges.
