2- day Law Enforcement only.

Day 1 – Friday May 26 – Pistol training on the range.
Day 2 – Saturday May 27 – Defensive tactics on the mat.

Law Enforcement training opportunity designed for the general patrol officer.  For interested front-line first responders who invest in their training.  Skill development while building confidence.
For active / sworn police officers only.

Range Day – Stittsville Shooting ranges. 7265 Fernbank Rd., Stittsville.  0900 – 1600 hrs.
Pistol focused concentration;
Movement, distance management, intermediate tools to pistol transitions E.g., TASER to pistol,
Shot placement, speed and accuracy while in motion.

Mat Day – DA Training location. 379 Danforth Ave. Westboro, Ottawa, Ontario.  0900 – 1500 hrs.
Subject control techniques, active resistance cuffing and searching options,
emotional control management, weapon retention drills / techniques and fighting at extreme close range with weapon(s) in hand.  Ground to feet recovery.

Participant requirements;
Operational kit & equipment. Full duty gear, duty belt, pistol, minimum of 3 magazines, TASER, eye protection & hearing protection (range kit), training / blue gun.
Boots, pants, lang sleeve shirt, baseball hat, sunscreen, bug repellent, water / fuel as required.
Minimum round count = 800 live rounds (ball or hollow point only).
* For an additional fee; Pistols / Ammunition may be provided upon request.

Training aids as needed, safety equipment, range kit / targets, coaching and instruction.
