Combative Self- Defence and Firearms Training.

Level 2 Certificate:

Pistol & Carbine rifle fundamentals = Refresher training on skills acquired in DA Level 1, stance, alignment, BSR (barrel-sight relationship), BFP (body-firearm position), master hand/support hand engagements, transitions, dynamic course of fire challenges.

Self-Defence = Refresher training on skills acquired in DA Level 1, clinch and ground based focus, maintaining and controlling space, take-downs and take-down defences, ground positions and how to recover back to our feet during a physical altercation, controlled sparring, edged weapon use & defences.
