Description
All training will be delivered as closely to the same as possible.  Should adjustments be required after the first serial, we do our best to facilitate the same material for all remaining 3 serials. 

Deliverables:

Morning session:  
Live- fire firearms training.  Pistol and carbine rifle fundamentals.  Malfunction drills.  Positional shooting drills.  Speed and accuracy development.  Building confidence in officer proficiency. 

Afternoon session:
Simunition training - Working in and around vehicles.  Subject control details integrated K9 tracks and open air movement, concepts and options.  Live-role player takedowns and vehicle extraction techniques. 

Location:
Eastern Ontario Shooting Club - 4570 Drouin Rd.  Rockland - Chaney. 
Private side of the range facility. 

Time:
0830 arrival.  Train 0900 to 1600. 

Dress / Kit / Equipment required for all participants: 
Full operational kit and equipment. 
Pistol / gun belt / carbine rifle / sling / 3 x magazines. 
Eye and ear protection. 
Extra layer for inclement weather. 
Water / fuel / food as required. 
Simunition bolt / barrel / guns for both pistol and long gun.

Minimum round count / participant:
Pistol - 500 rounds live (Frangible or Ball).   25 rounds Simunition FX Non-lethal marking cartridges. 
Carbine - 700 rounds live (Frangible or Ball).  50 rounds Simunition FX Non-lethal marking cartridges.

DA will provide:
Range rental and venue access.  
Derelict vehicles to be used on the range. 
Targets and role players for the afternoon portion.
