Pistol Fundamentals – General Public Open Enrolment. 
2-day course designed for novice to intermediate level shooters.

Have limited experience working from a holster?
Interested in developing skills with a pistol?
Contemplating the potential of competition shooting in the future?
This 2-day course is for you!

A crawl – walk – run approach to building skills and confidence with;
– Working from a holster,
– Working through malfunction drills,
– Single hand only shooting,
– Shooting on the move,
– Shooting from various positions and distances,
– What to see / what to look for with target acquisition,
– What to feel / how to grip the gun,
– How to use or transition between iron sights / red dot sights,
– Low – light environment shooting.

WHAT – Safe Action Holster Course
WHERE – 2345 Stanfield Rd. Suit #400, Unit #1, Mississauga, ON L4Y 3Y3
WHEN – 6 -7 January, 2024.  (9:30am – 3:30pm Saturday & 8:30am to 2:30 pm Sunday).
WHY – To enhance pistol proficiencies and self-confidence.

Participants will require:
– ATT for out of province participants
– Valid PAL (restricted) firearms license
– Pistol and holster
– Gun belt + magazine carrier
– Minimum of 3 magazines
– Eye and ear protection
– Baseball hat + extra layer for comfort (It is an indoor range yet still cool inside)
– Hand held flash light
Minimum round count:
1500 rounds of Ball, JHP or Frangible ammunition only.  *No steel core.

Minimum of 6, maximum of 12 participants.
